Story

This was a fairly standard journey from Nottingham to Nailsea & Backwell - I went the most direct (and quickest) route. I took the 1630 CrossCountry service to Birmingham New Street, 170108, then changed on to the Plymouth service of 220029 and 220015 and got off at Bristol Temple Meads. I then got on the First Great Western service to Taunton, formed of mk2 carriages topped and tailed by Virgin Trains Class 57s, which was nice and spacious.
